Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Attendants to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service during our events, banquets, and special occasions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure that every guest experiences memorable hospitality, from setting up elegant banquet spaces to assisting with food service and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of banquet rooms to ensure a polished presentation for all events.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests during banquets, catering functions, and special events.
- Buss tables promptly, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining and event areas throughout service.
- Support food handling and preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team to uphold food safety standards.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing guest needs promptly, ensuring positive guest relations at all times.
- Monitor event spaces to ensure proper food presentation, table settings, and overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event operations from start to finish.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper serving techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed during setup and service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
