Family owned Italian restaurant hiring an experienced manager. Must have a minimum of 3 years of full service restaurant experience. Knowledgable in all aspects of the restaurant including front and back of house operations, safety and sanitation compliance, P&L knowledge and cost controls, scheduling, and computer knowledge is required.
