LCPC Board-Approved Supervisor
Position Overview:
Bloom Health Centers is seeking a compassionate and motivated board-approved LCPC supervisor for Maryland to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to supervise as many mental health therapists (LGPCs) in our practice as you would like to have.

Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision to LGPCs adhering to Maryland BOPCT standards and ethics.
- Review supervisees' assessments, treatment plans, diagnoses, and documentation.
- Coach supervisees in evidence-based practice, therapeutic modalities, interventions, and professional judgement.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain documentation for professional records and licensure verification.
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Active Maryland LCPC with no disciplinary record
- Board approval for being an LCPC supervisor in Maryland; Virginia, D.C., and or West Virginia are a major plus
- Ability to lead, guide, and train supervisees
Compensation:
- Supervision Only: Supervision is paid in fixed installments per supervisee each payroll
- Supervision and Caseload: Pay would be either a salary or a fee-for-service plus fixed installments for each supervisee every payroll
