Job Description:
As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, you will play an integral role in the transformation and upkeep of outdoor spaces. This hands-on position involves a variety of landscaping tasks, including seasonal cleanups, mulch installation, shrub trimming, aeration, overseeding, and planting. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing immediate results from your efforts, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Seasonal Clean-Ups: Remove leaves, debris, and unwanted growth to prepare properties for the new season.
- Mulch Installation: Spread and install mulch to enhance plant health and improve aesthetic appeal.
- Shrub Trimming & Pruning: Shape and trim shrubs and bushes to promote healthy growth and maintain neat landscapes.
- Aeration & Overseeding: Perform lawn aerations and overseeding to help revitalize lawns and promote healthy grass growth.
- Planting: Install new plants, trees, flowers, and shrubs to enhance the appearance and functionality of outdoor spaces.
- General Maintenance: Assist with various landscape maintenance tasks to ensure properties remain pristine and well-cared for.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years as running a landscape or enhancement crew
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are a must.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow directions and take pride in the quality of your work.
- Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Valid Driver’s License
