Duties
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with inquiries, orders, or issues.
- Conduct data entry accurately into various systems, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting, and resolving concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services aligned with customer needs.
- Manage cash handling procedures when processing payments or refunds efficiently and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes, share insights, and deliver seamless client services across all touchpoints.
Experience
- Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles demonstrating strong communication skills.
- SERVICE TITAN CRM experience is a must, do not apply otherwise.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (including English) are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and communication.
- Experience in outbound calling, sales support, or client services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices such as active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Previous experience with data analysis skills or call center operations will be considered a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
