American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Mother Baby Unit position requiring at least 1 year of Mother Baby experience, NRP certification, and an active CO or compact RN license.

Mother Baby Unit (Mom/Baby) in a hospital setting

Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts per week, 1900–0730

Weekend availability required

36 hours per week

13-week contract

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts

Epic EMR used for charting

Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of Mother Baby (Mom/Baby) nursing experience required

Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP — both must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to the start of the assignment

Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Mother Baby patients

Performs health teaching, counseling, and executes delegated medical functions

Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

Permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment

BSN is preferred over ASN
