Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Technical Assistance Specialist to support the development and management of online self-study courses that are compliant with NMLS regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up online educational platforms, including bio-signature requirements and course monitoring. This role is essential in ensuring that our training programs meet regulatory standards while providing an engaging learning experience for participants.
Duties
- Create a NMLS self-study Online course compliant with NMLS Specs
- Know how to setup Bio-SIG LOGIN
- Maintain documentation related to course setup, updates, and compliance procedures.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting online course requirements and update courses accordingly.Requirements
- Proven experience in setting up online self-study courses, particularly within regulated environments such as NMLS compliance.
- Strong understanding of bio-signature technology and its application in online course monitoring.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, course management systems, or related software tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting course participants.
- Prior experience with NMLS regulations or financial industry training is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
