Excelerated Logistics is a large and fast-growing Contracted Service Provider (CSP) for FedEx Ground, delivering thousands of packages daily with precision and pride. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our professional team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $165–$200 per day (based on experience and performance)
- $500 SIGN-ON BONUS for drivers with previous delivery or truck driving experienceIf you’ve driven for Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or have prior commercial/light truck experience — we want you, and we’ll pay you for it!

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Pass a DOT physical and drug screening (both paid by FedEx)
- Truck driving or delivery experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. unassisted; up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, safe, and committed to excellence
Responsibilities
- Load, organize, and safely deliver packages using company-provided vehicles
- Operate trucks and vans responsibly in various weather and traffic conditions
- Complete deliveries and pickups efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding any delivery issues
