Little Lincoln’s Toy Shop is hiring a Full-Time Retail Supervisor!
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Retail Supervisor to help support our team and create a fun, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Little Lincoln’s Toy Shop is a fast-paced, customer-focused toy shop where kindness, teamwork, and great service matter. This position will work closely with our Store Manager to support daily customer service, assist with floor leadership, and help keep the shop running smoothly.
The Retail Supervisor should be comfortable leading by example, jumping in where needed, and helping guide the team during busy moments. This role will also help oversee store operations and confidently run the shop when the Store Manager or Owner is not present.
This is a full-time position, expected to work approximately 34 to 36 hours per week. Weekend availability is important, as weekends will often be required. Our regular store hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM. Extended hours may be required during the holiday shopping season.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, helpful, and exceptional customer service
Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers and families
Support the Store Manager with daily customer service and floor leadership
Help oversee store operations when the Store Manager or Owner is not present
Lead by example with a positive, team-focused attitude
Assist team members throughout the day to keep the sales floor running smoothly
Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Support opening and closing procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Help create a fun, high-energy, and supportive work environment
Qualifications
Reliable, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous retail or leadership experience is preferred, but not required
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and extended holiday hours as needed
