What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling warm leads from our existing client database—no cold calls.
- Offering solutions for annual maintenance and booking appointments for our field team.
- Managing follow-ups and tracking leads in our CRM.
- Making 120–160 outbound calls per shift.
- Representation with professionalism, confidence, and great vibes.
- Farm a new book earn big!
Who You Are:
- You’ve got sales experience.
- You’re confident, organized, and thrive on hitting (and beating) goals.
- You’re a clear communicator with excellent phone manners.
- You’re a team player who’s excited to grow and learn.
- Spanish bilingual is a huge plus!
What We Offer:
- Base pay + performance-based bonuses.
- Flexible shifts: 8am–1pm or 1pm–6pm, Monday through Saturday.
- Part-time now, but we promote fast—many of our setters become full-time Sales Executives.
