Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide attentive, personalized care for our female client. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and home health services, with a strong focus on enhancing quality of life through compassionate support, safety monitoring, and assistance with daily activities. Client needs assistance with transfers and require full assistance with changing their adult briefs so the Caregiver MUST be physically strong. Also, they do have a cat so it is important the candidate be OK with pets. Must have a California Driver's License, a vehicle, current registration, and insurance.
Duties
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Conduct patient observation to identify changes in health status or behavior
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the living environment through light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living, home health, hospice, or long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of advanced stages of dementia, Alzheimer's, and memory care is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills for working compassionately with seniors and their families
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary

Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping and general tidying
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Assistance with dressing
- Laundry
- Driving to errands and medical appointments
- Help with incontinence care (clients are cooperative and assist)
Schedule:
7 days per week
6:00am - 10:00am

-Application Requirements:
The ideal applicant will meet the following requirements:
1. Have a car and car insurance.
2. Have a clean DMV record with no more than 2 moving violations.
3. Legal resident of the US.
4. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Registered with the Department of Social Services (including live-scan fingerprinting).
6. Have at least one year of caregiving experience.
7. COVID Vaccine
Pay: $22.00 per hour
