Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, the Senior Manager - Structural & Civil Engineer serves as the technical authority and discipline lead for all Structural engineering matters across IREN’s portfolio. This role provides strategic oversight, governance, and leadership for Structural engineering activities across capital projects, campus expansions, site modifications, inspections, and operational asset management. The Lead ensures technical excellence, standardization, risk mitigation, and long-term asset integrity across all regions.
