Job Title: Sales Representative

Work Hours (Shift)
M-F 10am-7pm, Saturday 9am-2pm
Pay (Hourly or Annual Salary)
Earning potential of $70,000+ per year, depending on base pay and commission
Responsibilities
- Canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
- Engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation.
- Explain to customers what the company can do for them and encourage them to book the services.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
Education and/or Experience
- 18+ years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
Work Environment
- This role involves both office-based work and field visits to client sites as needed. The Sales Representative may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
