Strength and Conditioning Coach- 2026

Uplifted Performance is accepting applications.
Coach will focus on athletic development for athletes ages 12-22 with varying sports backgrounds and abilities. There will be day-to-day interaction with parents, coaches and athletes to advance the Uplifted brand and training philosophy. The Coach must have a consistently positive, high-energy attitude. He/she will assist with conducting general-specific training instruction, lessons, drills, etc. to achieve member goals and/or team goals. Intern also must upkeep facility cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Deliver and direct programs developed by management.
-Work alongside management and coaches in the sales process, conducting evaluations and explaining the Uplifted culture and philosophy.
-Must have a great attitude and willing to be part of a team.
-Clean equipment and facility including bathrooms.
-Help with social media and local marketing.
-Be dependable and honest.
Qualifications and Skills
-Must be in possess/progress of Bachelor's Degree
-Preferred training experience with young athletes
-Strength, speed or mobility certifications preferred.
-Experience with Excel, Videography, Social Media a PLUS.

- Hourly pay (10-20 Hours per week) **Summer schedule between 20-30 hours per week
Experience:
- Collegiate or professional athlete, a plus
- Coaching at the high school, collegiate or professional level
Education:
- Bachelor's
- Certifications in mobility, performance, speed, strength, etc. (completed or in-progress)
Position:
S&C Coach.
Must live in San Antonio TX.
Internship Dates: From May 2026 to August 2026 (Flexible).
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $12.50 - $20.00 per hour
