The Ocean Front at Seaside, a boutique property along Seaside’s famous Promenade, is looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face (or voice) for our guests. Whether you have years of hospitality experience or just a knack for connecting with people, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth: Whether in person or over the phone, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Manage reservations: Handle bookings, inquiries, and opportunities for upselling with care and efficiency.
- Check guests in and out: Verify IDs, process payments, and hand over keys with a smile.
- Be a problem-solver: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their stay is memorable for all the right reasons.
- Share local tips: Recommend restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems to elevate the guest experience.
- Stay organized and professional: Follow safety, privacy, and operational policies while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby environment.
What We’re Looking For:

- Attention to detail: You’re reliable, punctual, and always put your best foot forward.
- Team spirit: You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.

- Physical stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
