We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support our Site Manager in the efficient operation of our car wash facility. This demanding role requires an organized, disciplined, and agile individual capable of thriving under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Assist with staff scheduling, management, training, and motivation.
- Operational Oversight: Manage workflow, optimize customer queues, direct staff, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and manage inventory.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to policy and procedure development, quality control initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Managerial Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Site Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of management experience in a car wash or comparable customer service environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
- Strong collaborative and leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with car wash equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Possession of a positive and engaging demeanor, with a passion for customer interaction.
- Composed under pressure and adept at achieving objectives with meticulous attention to detail.
