PART TIME - Medical Assistant & Business Admin Opportunity - Perfect Gap Year for pre-Med/PA
LOCATIONS: Wake Forest
We are offering an exciting opportunity for pre-Med or pre-PA candidates looking to gain hands-on clinical experience. Our doctors and staff are eager to foster a rich learning experience. You will work hands-on with a provider to develop and deliver treatment plans, such as orthotics, corticosteroid injections, radiography, physical therapy, biomechanical bracing, PRP Platelet Rich Plasma, shockwave, laser therapy, electrocautery, cryotherapy, and more.
Candidates will also gain business management experience in areas such as patient scheduling, insurance coordination, medical billing & coding, facilities operation, financial and clinical data reporting, marketing delivery, web design, and more.
Our previously successful hires have successfully matriculated to medical schools at Yale Med School, Rowan University, Virginia DO schools, as well as numerous Physician Assistant Programs, MPH grad schools, and more.

START DATES: July 2026
SCHEDULE: Part Time 3-4 days per week, 1 year commitment
COVERAGE REQUIREMENT: Must be able to cover 2+ offices

Responsibilities
- Provide medical administrative support, including managing patient intake, financial and billing reports, medical coding and charting
- Assist with patient care by delivering treatments and diagnostics during visits.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality service
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to support patient interactions and business management tasks.
