Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Budtender to oversee daily operations of our licensed cannabis retail store. This role is responsible for leading the team, driving sales, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and providing safe, legal, and high-quality cannabis to our customers. we’re passionate about providing a welcoming, educational, and uplifting experience for every customer. Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations in compliance with state and local cannabis regulations
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a friendly, professional manner
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, effects, and responsible consumption
- Oversee inventory, POS systems, cash handling, and loss prevention
- Ensure accurate seed-to-sale tracking and regulatory reporting
- Maintain compliance with ID verification, security, and responsible sales practices
- Handle customer issues professionally and ensure a positive store experience
- Implement merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies
Requirements
- Previous store management experience in cannabis retail or regulated retail
- Must meet all state and local requirements to work in a licensed cannabis store
- Knowledge of cannabis products, compliance, and retail operations
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
