**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Rep at Outdate Rx, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our comprehensive pharmaceutical reverse distribution services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within the pharmaceutical reverse distribution sector.
- Prospect and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to understand their disposal needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our services.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer service.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
