As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and supporting the overall success of our dealership.
Duties
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain an organized approach to managing customer interactions and follow-ups, ensuring timely communication.
- Provide sales support by assisting with product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries.
- Apply retail math skills to analyze sales data and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales or retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not required.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
