Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound and inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Provide comprehensive customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes with clarity
- Maintain accurate data entry in customer databases using Microsoft Office tools and other software systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and satisfaction
- Assist with client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order entries efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless call center operations and deliver consistent service excellence
Experience
- Prior call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices is beneficial
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
