Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to join our team, providing professional security services across various settings. This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment through vigilant monitoring, proactive engagement, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and a commitment to safeguarding personnel and property. 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities
- Processing trucks in and out.
- Ensuring loss prevention measures are followed, and items are not removed that are not on the load sheet.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations, conflicts, or security breaches
- Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
- Enforce property policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and tact
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behaviors and preventing theft or vandalism
Skills
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with security systems, including alarm systems and access control devices
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and document incidents accurately
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions
