Pearls of Nutrition, PLLC is expanding again! We’re looking for a passionate, evidence-driven, and people-loving Registered Dietitian to join our growing team.
We’re an established group of nine private practice RDs, each with our own specialty area ranging from Eating Disorders to GI health, Women’s Health, Sports Nutrition, and Pediatrics. Our practice thrives on collaboration, evidence-based care, and the kind of professional independence that lets each RD truly practice their own style of nutrition care.
We’re currently seeking a dietitian with a special interest in Eating Disorders. After your first six months, you’ll have the chance to expand into additional areas that match your expertise and curiosity.
This is a role where you can practice with the autonomy of private practice without the stress of finding clients, handling billing, or chasing down insurance. We provide the referrals, the infrastructure, and a supportive team. You bring your skill, compassion, and knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Support your clients – Build open, non-judgmental relationships and use motivational interviewing to help clients move toward their goals.
- Deliver evidence-based nutrition care – Assess, educate, and guide clients through practical, individualized plans that fit their real lives.
- Collaborate – Communicate clearly with caregivers, physicians, and the broader care team. You’ll join our weekly team meetings for ongoing training and discussion.
- Document thoughtfully – Keep notes that are both clinically sound and clear to your colleagues.
- Contribute your voice – Write blog posts for our website, share insights with the team, and bring ideas that strengthen our collective work.
What You Bring
- A current CDR-accredited RD credential (or NYS CDN if you’re a Nutritionist)
- A strong interest in pediatrics and eating disorder care
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Comfort working independently (but not alone)
- A curious, flexible, and compassionate mindset
- If you already have advanced specialty knowledge in pediatrics or eating disorders, great. If not, we’ll train you. Enthusiasm and teachability are important.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive pay with health, dental, and retirement benefits
- Paid time off and flexible scheduling
- Team training, mentorship, and financial support for continuing education
- An incredible team of supportive RDs who make work feel like purpose and fun
