Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, manage clinical workflows, and support patients throughout their weight loss and wellness journeys. You will work closely with our healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective, and encouraging care.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Intake: Vital signs, weight checks, and medical history updates.
- Clinical Support: Administer medications, injections, and perform body composition testing.
- Patient Education: Teach injection techniques and provide nutrition plan education.
- Care Coordination: Manage prescriptions, laboratory orders, and medication prior authorizations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) for all visits.
- Triage: Answer patient phone calls and portal messages regarding treatment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Nebraska LPN license (or Compact license).
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient clinic experience preferred. Fluency in anatomy/physiology
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental attitude.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
