At Total Softwash Solutions, we're looking for a high energy, hands-on, people-first Field Operations Lead. Pay ranges between $52,000-72,000 salary and bonus.
This is NOT a desk job.
No powerwashing experience needed...training you on our services is the easy part.

You'll spend your time in the field coaching technicians, solving problems, improving quality, developing people, and making sure our crews have everything they need to succeed. Some days you'll be riding with technicians. Other days you'll be troubleshooting equipment, helping complete jobs, or rolling out new training initiatives.

What You'll Do:
- Coach technicians through ride-alongs, jobsite visits, and quality inspections
- Train new employees on equipment, procedures, safety, and customer service
- Provide ongoing feedback that helps technicians improve every week
- Troubleshoot equipment, chemical, and job-related challenges
- Support crews when additional manpower is needed by jumping into the field
- Operate company vehicles and perform service work when necessary
- Help ensure trucks, trailers, and equipment are organized and ready each morning
- Reinforce company standards for workmanship, professionalism, safety, and customer experience
- Assist with developing and managing our Technician Certification Program
- Communicate field performance, operational concerns, and employee development directly with the Service Manager
- Help build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Qualifications
- Previous experience supervising, coaching, or leading employees
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience in pressure washing, soft washing, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or another hands-on trades is preferred but not manditory
- Has sold products or services before
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors when needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and follow Total Softwash Solutions' systems and service standards
