Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Implement pest control treatments using appropriate methods and products.
- Utilize farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools effectively for various pest control tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans and preventative measures to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and recommendations made.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques and industry regulations.
- Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is mandatory.
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, and farm operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn about pest control methods and sales techniques as needed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of following safety protocols diligently.
- Must have certified pest control license in good standing
