Live Stream Host – Baby & Maternity
The Live Stream Host is responsible for engaging audiences through interactive live shopping experiences focused on baby, maternity, and parenting products. This role combines sales, education, and community building to drive customer engagement, product awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable about baby and maternity trends, and comfortable presenting products live to large audiences while providing helpful guidance to parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities
● Host live shopping streams featuring baby gear, feeding essentials, maternity products, nursery items, developmental toys, and parenting accessories.
● Demonstrate product features, benefits, safety considerations, and practical usage techniques in an engaging and informative manner.
● Build and maintain audience engagement through real-time interaction, Q&A sessions, and community management.
● Drive sales performance by promoting special offers, flash sales, bundles, and limited-time promotions.
● Collaborate with brand, marketing, and production teams to develop live stream content and sales strategies.
● Monitor live stream performance metrics and adjust presentation techniques to improve conversion rates, viewer retention, and customer satisfaction.
● Stay up to date on baby and maternity industry trends, parenting topics, and consumer preferences.
● Create a supportive, trustworthy, and welcoming environment that encourages repeat viewership and customer loyalty.
● Educate viewers on product functionality, safety features, age appropriateness, and everyday parenting solutions.
● Troubleshoot minor live stream issues and communicate effectively with production staff during broadcasts.
● Represent brand values professionally while maintaining authenticity and audience trust.
● Assist with content planning, product research, and promotional campaigns to support overall business objectives.
● Meet or exceed sales, engagement, and conversion targets during live broadcasts.
● Foster a positive community for parents, caregivers, and expecting families by providing helpful product recommendations and shopping guidance.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
