We are Tim Hortons a Multi-Unit Franchisee located in Fraser, Clinton Township and Troy, Michigan and we are hiring immediately for great shift supervisors to join our afternoon team. The successful candidate will be a friendly, outgoing person who is comfortable leading a team and interacting with customers on a regular basis
Responsibilities
In this role as the Afternoon Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food service establishment. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of employees to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Utilizing your expertise in food service management to maintain standards of food preparation and service
- Utilizing POS systems for order processing and inventory control
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Applying your hospitality management skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests
- Collaborating with the management team to implement strategies for improving overall restaurant operations
- Adhering to food safety standards, including ServSafe guidelines, to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Valid Servsafe is required. We can send you to training.
