Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a per diem basis as a Nurse Supervisor. This role offers flexible scheduling opportunities for experienced nursing professionals eager to provide supervision and oversight. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervising each caregivers’s work performance in the field and evaluating the client‘s plan of care in accordance with SC DHEC regulations, Community Long Term Care (CLTC) Program and Oasis Homecare policies and procedures. The Nurse Supervisor primary focus will be to complete client assessments and follow up, care plan development and conducting ongoing in-service trainings for employees. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing follow up assessments in client’s home.
- Develop service care plans and educate caregivers on service care plans.
- Train and conduct in-service trainings for caregivers
- Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and CNA’s
- Uphold Oasis HomeCare behavior standards
Requirements :
- RN with (2) years clinical experience and/or in-home care experience
- Current unrestricted license in the state of South Carolina
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Other requirements:
- Must be reliable and able to fulfill all accepted assignments.
- Provide a valid 2 step TB test
- Pass a SLED-background check.
- Provide a 10 year driving record
- Must be able to provide proof of current automobile insurance.
- Pass a Standard physical and drug test.
- Pass a state OIG and National OIG check.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must have the Ability to work with limited or no supervision.
- Must have the Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have a smart phone and have the ability to utilize it.
