We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and labeling products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and efficiency are maintained. This is a fast-paced position that requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards
- Inspect items for quality and report any defects or damages
- Assemble packaging materials and boxes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Assist with inventory handling and restocking as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay: $23.40 - $28.20 per hour
