Night Auditor - Polynesian Hotel
Job description - The Night Auditor will complete normal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/canceling reservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guest concerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for our guests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morning staff is essential for a smooth transition.
Job Responsibilities -

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs

Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests

Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them
-
Inform customers of availability and rates
-
Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods

Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues
-
Verifies all in-house reservations on a daily basis for accuracy

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or update
Requirements -

Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Previous experience is preferred but not required

Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently

Ability to perform computer-based tasks
