We are a mobile bartending service looking to expand our team! Ideal candidates are people who meet the following criteria:
- Are reliable/have reliable transportation
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in busy environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Are critical thinkers, natural problem solvers, and creative
- Willingness to learn/take direction
- Ability to work well on a team
- Strong remedial math skills
- Have excellent situational awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining consistently professional, friendly, upbeat, and engaging
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability and willingness to perform duties in outdoor environments with a range of conditions (because Texas) while maintaining a good attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events; previous service industry experience is advantageous
Experience is preferred, but not required to apply. We are willing to train self-motivated candidates that possess the above qualities and who we believe will compliment the company culture. Applicants must be 18+. TABC and Food Handler’s certificates must be presented upon hiring.
Bartending Duties & Pay:
$15/hr + tips starting pay, with potential for up to $25/hr + tips for individuals that are reliable and exhibit mastery of necessary skills.
- Meets all of the qualities listed above
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary
- Assist in setting up for special events as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Other duties as required
Barback Duties & Pay:
$15/hr + tips starting pay, with potential for up to $25/hr + tips for individuals that are reliable and exhibit mastery of necessary skills
- Meets all of the qualities listed above
- Anticipates the needs of the bartenders and ensures all bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout shift
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary
- Assist in setting up for special events as needed
- Other duties as required
Field Support Technician Duties & Pay:
$12/hr - $15/hr
- Meets all of the qualities listed above
- Assists in equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Assists in supply storage organization and inventory procedures
- Provides courier services to support scheduled events
- Other duties as required
Crossover between positions is available for those who are wanting to pick up additional hours.
