We're looking for dependable, compassionate, and hard-working individuals to join our growing team as a Residential Cleaning Technician I. This is an active, hands-on position where you'll provide high-quality residential cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer care and professionalism.
No professional cleaning experience is required. We hire for integrity, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Through our paid training program, you'll learn our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service standards so you can confidently represent Healing Hands Cleaning Co.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services according to Healing Hands Cleaning Co.'s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Dust, sanitize, vacuum, sweep, mop, and detail residential homes to company quality standards.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and other designated areas.
- Properly use and maintain company-provided cleaning equipment, products, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Safely move lightweight furniture when necessary to clean accessible areas.
- Take before and after photos when required.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and teammates.
- Travel between scheduled client appointments as assigned.
- Maintain company equipment, supplies, and vehicles in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work independently or collaboratively while consistently delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- No professional cleaning experience required—paid training is provided.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow written checklists and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 55 pounds, and regularly bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Proof of current automobile insurance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
