We are partnering with our valued client, Synova, to find a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others. This part-time opportunity offers approximately 20-25 hours per week during regular business hours and is ideal for a nurse seeking flexibility while remaining actively engaged in patient care, staff support, and healthcare coordination. As Synova continues to grow, this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position within the next year.
As the RN, you'll play an important role in helping individuals receive quality healthcare services while serving as a trusted resource for staff, families, and healthcare providers. This role combines clinical oversight, direct support, staff education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure individuals receive the highest quality care possible.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee medical services for individuals receiving support
- Conduct health assessments and monitor changes in physical and mental health
- Collaborate with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
- Provide training and guidance to Direct Support Professionals and program staff
- Review medications, monitor health trends, and support quality assurance efforts
- Help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for the individuals we support
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Support medication administration training, CPR/First Aid training, and ongoing staff development
- Promote health, safety, and well-being through proactive nursing oversight

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ADN or BSN degree in Nursing
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, long-term care, or addiction is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
