Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible for practice in Florida
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including Open Heart and Vascular procedures
- RNFA certification is highly desirable
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to cardiovascular and vascular surgery patients
- Assist in all phases of surgical care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists in a dynamic operating room environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility policies and procedures
