Join our team this August! We’re looking for an engaging, reliable, and enthusiastic in‑person assistant to support speech therapy services for students from pre‑kindergarten through high school. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with our Speech‑Language Pathologists.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check with no disqualifying findings — 100%
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent attendance and time management
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Maintaining maximum availability to accept assignments
- Following the daily schedule provided by the therapist
- Assisting the Speech Therapist with materials needed for therapy sessions
- Maintaining a cooperative attitude with teachers and therapists
- Escorting students to and from therapy sessions
- Supervising students while they are online with the speech therapist
- Arriving on time based on the therapist’s schedule
- Upholding excellent attendance and time management
- Following the school dress code and maintaining professionalism
