Pay range: $132,790 - $215,790 / year

The Senior Director of Revenue Integrity provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization s revenue integrity program, including charge capture integrity, charge reconciliation processes, charge description master (CDM) governance, billing compliance monitoring, and revenue performance analytics. The role is responsible for establishing system-wide standards and operational processes that support accurate charge capture, regulatory compliance, and appropriate reimbursement across clinical departments and services lines. This position collaborates with clinical operations, coding, compliance, finance, and patient financial services leadership to identify revenue improvement opportunities, strengthen charge capture infrastructure, and mitigate potential revenue leakage. Oversight includes monitoring charge accuracy, evaluating revenue variance trends, coordinating internal and external audit readiness, and implementing initiatives that enhance revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in revenue cycle operations within a healthcare environment, including direct experience in Revenue Integrity, charge capture, reimbursement, or charge control functions. Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience overseeing revenue cycle or revenue integrity functions within a multi-facility integrated healthcare delivery system, academic medical center, or healthcare consulting environment.
