Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times

Greet arriving guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

Answer telephone calls courteously and efficiently

Respond to inquiries about hotel services, local shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions

Generate, confirm, cancel, and change guest reservations accurately

Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts

Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
-
Compute bills, receive payments, and make change for guests

Promote current hotel and franchise marketing programs

Perform additional duties such as laundry as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Good math and computer skills

Ability to pass a drug test

Physical ability to perform duties including walking, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling objects up to 25 pounds

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
