Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with hospital staff, community partners, media outlets, and stakeholders to promote health programs and initiatives.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization by delivering engaging presentations and public speaking engagements at community events, health fairs, and conferences.
- Collect data on community needs, outreach effectiveness, and program outcomes to inform strategic planning and fundraising efforts.
- Assist with business development activities by identifying new partnership opportunities and supporting outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media relations, public speaking, or community management within a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse populations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in marketing, social media management, or social media marketing is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a passion for community engagement and volunteer management.
- Business development experience or familiarity with fundraising strategies is advantageous.
- Ability to collect and analyze data for reporting purposes; proficiency in strategic planning and budgeting is beneficial.
