Overview
Cleaning Technician (W-2 or 1099) | $19-$22/hr
Swift Shine Cleaning is hiring dependable cleaning technicians to join our growing team!
Schedule
- 15-30 hours per week
- Mostly daytime shifts with some evenings (typically until 8 PM)
- Friday availability is required
- Service area within approximately 12 miles of Murrysville, including Greensburg, Irwin, Plum, Monroeville, and Squirrel Hill
W-2 Position
- Starting pay: $19/hour
- Opportunity to become an Assistant Manager after 3 months at $22/hour
- Assistant Managers work at least 25 hours/week, assist the owner and office manager, and help cover call-offs when needed.
1099 Contractors
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies
- Must carry general liability insurance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Clean background check
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Must be available on Fridays
