As the Morning Line Cook you will be tasked with preparing items from our breakfast menu (starting at 7:00 AM) and our lunch menu (starting at 11:00 AM) as well as assisting with the daily cleaning and tear down of the kitchen prior to evening service.
Ideal applicants will have 2 years prior experience, preferably at a high volume "American Diner" or similar concept and will be familiar with working a variety of stations including grill, Sautee, fryers and the "cold line."
```Duties:```- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Assist with catering events as needed
```Requirements:```- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
