We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to support a high-performing Real Estate Broker. This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) ideal for someone who is licensed, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day real estate operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate showings, appointments, and open houses
- Prepare and manage contracts, listings, and transaction paperwork
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other agents professionally
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate client data
- Support marketing efforts (MLS listings, social media, email campaigns, etc.)
- Help manage deadlines and ensure smooth transaction flow from contract to close
- Personal Errands on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Previous real estate or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with real estate tools (MLS, CRM platforms, ZipForms, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
