Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Knowledge of proper safety procedures
- Ability to professionally handle confidential information
- Able to manage priorities and workflow, meet deadlines
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Previous renovation experience required, apartment experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to work outside for long periods of time in various types of weather
- Must have strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Must have superior quality in finish work including drywall, paint, installation of cabinetry and countertops, installation of new plumbing fixtures, and installation of electrical fixtures, etc
Responsibilities:
· Coordination, oversight, and execution of apartment turnovers with light renovations including paint, light drywall repairs, and repairs to interior fixtures as needed.
· Coordination, oversight, and execution of full apartment renovations including large drywall repairs, paint, new cabinetry and countertops, and installation of new fixtures.
· Coordination, oversight, and execution of exterior building repairs including balconies, light fixtures, vinyl siding, soffit and fascia, etc
· General tasks including carpentry, light electrical and plumbing, appliance installations, paint, trim work, and other related renovation tasks.
· Ability to work with the client to execute a cost effective, high quality, and on-time unit turn.
· Must be able to coordinate material orders, 3rd party contractors, and on-site maintenance. personnel.
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Ability to work off hours including nights and weekends.
· Complete status reports for supervisor and leadership team as required for various projects.
· Complete other duties, as may be assigned, from time to time, for the good of the company.
