Novel Hospice Care - Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Novel Hospice Care is a dedicated Hospice Care Agency in the DFW area. WE are looking for an experienced ADON to join our team. This is primarily an office position with a highly competitive salary depending on experience.
Essential Functions:
- Manage hospice patients and family demands. Manage clinical-related requests.
- Supervise field nurses
- Supervise hospice aides
- Supervise/Manage hospice resources
- Coordinate IDG (Interdisciplinary Group) activities
- In charge of compliance and quality improvement activities
- Provide continuing education as necessary to staff
- Provide direct care to patients from time to time if necessary/required
- Will report to the Director of Nursing
Required Qualification/Skills:
- Current RN license
- Multiple years of hospice clinical management experience (In Office Experience)
- Experience with HOPE Assessments, Submissions, and Reports
- Familiar with TULIP, TMHP, etc
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Essential computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, PDF Files, etc)
- Experience with KInnser/Wellsky very desirable
