Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full-Time or Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP or similar platforms
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively
- Maintain guest relations by anticipating needs, offering personalized service, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
- Follow hotel emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety and respond to any incidents or emergencies promptly
- Support night audit processes when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with experience in front desk functions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or similar hotel management software
- Excellent customer service skills combined with problem-solving capabilities to handle guest concerns efficiently
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols
- Experience with resort environments or large-scale hotels is a plus for understanding complex guest needs
- Exceptional phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system operation and phone etiquette
