Compensation: $18-25 Final compensation is dependent upon skill level and experience
We are seeking motivated individuals with experience in construction or transferable hands-on skills to join our Concrete Coatings team. This team supports the installation of high-performance coating systems for residential and commercial surfaces including garages, patios, driveways, and interior floors. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Assist in surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and cleaning concrete surfaces

Help mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other coating systems

Support the installation of base coats, flake systems, and topcoats

Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after projects

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times

Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule

Communicate effectively with team leads and customers when needed

Experience in concrete coatings, construction, flooring, painting, or similar trades preferred

OR transferable skills such as:

Carpentry, drywall, or framing

Painting or finishing work

Mechanical or equipment operation experience

General labor with tool experience

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods)

Valid driver's license preferred
