Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
- Drive showroom and internet sales performance to meet and exceed targets
- Desk deals and work directly with sales staff to maximize gross and volume
- Establish and enforce strong sales processes and accountability standards
- Monitor daily activity metrics (appointments, shows, closing ratios, etc.)
- Collaborate with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experience
- Maintain a strong culture focused on performance, professionalism, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to desk deals and structure profitable transactions
- Track record of driving consistent sales performance and growth
- High level of accountability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and motivation skills
- Experience managing both showroom and internet sales is a plus
