Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge in Adobe Suites and Microsoft products, and possess strong organizational skills.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately using a Point of Sale system
- Provide information about products and services
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience/Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary
- Ability to handle cash and operate store equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Adobe Suites and Microsoft is a plus
