What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist at our Albuquerque clinic, you will work with patients recovering from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries. You will build treatment plans that fit each person and help them regain the strength, function, and confidence they need to return safely to work and daily life.
Your work will include:
- Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education
- Helping patients progress toward safe, sustainable return-to-work goals
- Collaborating with other therapists and members of the care team
- Maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Supporting patients through both the physical and emotional parts of recovery
Over time, you can also build deeper experience in job-specific rehabilitation, functional movement, work conditioning, injury prevention, and return-to-work planning.
New to Workers’ Compensation? We’ll Teach You.
Experience in workers’ compensation or industrial rehabilitation is welcome, but it is not required.
Many strong therapists come into this specialty from traditional outpatient orthopedics. With structured onboarding, paid hands-on training, and ongoing mentorship, we will help you learn our approach and feel confident in this area of practice.
You don’t need to arrive knowing everything. We are looking for a thoughtful physical therapist who cares about people, wants to keep growing, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
