Job Description:
JJBA Towing LLC is looking for a dependable Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team in Lexington, KY. We are hiring someone who is motivated, responsible, and ready to work in a fast-paced towing environment.
This is a full-time 1099 with commission-based pay and strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to towing and roadside service calls in a safe and timely manner
- Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles properly
- Perform jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and other roadside services
- Complete tow tickets, photos, and basic paperwork accurately
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Keep truck clean and report any maintenance or damage issues immediately
- Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record preferred
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Must be able to work long hours, nights, and weekends
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with customers professionally
- Must be able to safely operate a rollback or wheel lift truck (or be willing to learn)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Towing or roadside assistance experience
- Experience driving larger trucks
- Mechanical knowledge
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
